Nick started his first job in the F&B industry with long hours and doing extra jobs to make ends meet. Through in his F&B journey, he met many professionals who were
successful in the fields of finance and real estate. Being in the early 20s, his chance to prove himself came when a friend who introduced him to the fascinating world of real estate.

The road ahead was not a smooth one ,full of challengers.. But Nick, climbed through the ranks, from HDB sales to private condominiums, new projects and landed property, through sheer hard-work, talent and drive. Soon, he expanded his team, Rina his partner joined him. In recognition of their work, Nick received many corresponding awards and had been acknowledged as a top producer in Century 21, Propnex Powerful Negotiates & ERA for many years.
